Multi-Vehicle Crashes in Horry County
Crashes involving multiple vehicles and entrapment often highlight the dangers associated with early morning driving, particularly on major highways like Highway 378.
Horry County has seen a steady number of serious traffic incidents on major corridors that connect Conway to surrounding areas. Highway 378 serves as a key route for commuters, commercial traffic, and travelers moving between inland communities and coastal destinations.
High speeds combined with limited lighting conditions can make crashes on this roadway especially dangerous.
