Myrtle Beach, SC (December 1, 2025) – A serious four-vehicle crash on Sunday, November 30, injured two people near Holmestown Road and Scipio Lane. Horry County Fire Rescue responded at about 1:11 p.m. and found at least one person trapped inside a vehicle. 

Emergency teams transported two people to a nearby hospital for treatment. Officials have not shared details about the severity of their injuries. Several agencies arrived to help, including the Horry County Police Department and the Surfside Beach Fire Department.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is leading the investigation into what caused the multi-vehicle crash.
