North Augusta, SC (July 31, 2026) – A white truck and a gray SUV collided on Friday afternoon, July 31, on Sweetwater Road, blocking the entire bridge and roadway near a fuel station.

The wreck was reported around 12:58 p.m. The Edgefield County Sheriff’s Office and emergency crews responded to find the roadway fully blocked, with injuries confirmed among those involved.
