Insurance Complications After a Two-Vehicle Crash in Cayce, SC

Two Hurt in Crash on Charleston HwyWhen two drivers are involved in a collision, sorting out insurance can take longer than expected, especially if both companies dispute who has the right of way.

When two vehicles are involved, and fault hasn't yet been determined, a car accident lawyer can help review the available evidence, including witness accounts and any traffic camera footage, to establish what happened at the intersection.

People hurt in intersection collisions can face injuries such as whiplash, fractures, or concussions that take time to fully diagnose. Medical documentation gathered soon after the wreck can end up playing an important role if an insurance company later questions the extent of the injuries.
