Two Hurt in Crash on Hwy 57 in Little River, SC

Little River, SC (August 21, 2026) – A crash on South Highway 57 and Absco Drive left two people injured on Thursday afternoon, August 20, in Little River.

The Horry County Fire Rescue and emergency units responded around 2:34 p.m. Both injured people were taken to the hospital for treatment.

As of 3:10 p.m., one lane remained blocked as crews worked the site. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking into what caused the wreck.
