Two Injured in Crash on Forestbrook Rd in Myrtle Beach, SC

Myrtle Beach, SC (August 28, 2026) – Two people were hurt on Thursday afternoon, August 27, after a two-vehicle wreck shut down all lanes of Forestbrook Road near Panthers Parkway.

The Horry County Fire Rescue was dispatched around 3:36 p.m. to the scene of the crash to assist. Both people injured were taken to a hospital for treatment of their injuries. The severity of the injuries has not been disclosed. 

The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate what caused the two vehicles to come together.
